I am writing these comments about an auction I had with Herr-A-Cane Auctions. I have never had an auction before and did not know what to expect. Joe Herr was very patient, and very open, honest, and caring in addressing all of my questions/concerns. Joe explained in detail how everything would transpire during the process and was very straight forward and professional with what my expectations should be throughout. The staff was very professional helpful, efficient, and friendly. The day before the auction Joe and I walked the are and talked about last minute details. The day of the auction, despite an unexpected bad storm, the staff was on time everything was set-up and ready to go on time. The auction went according to plan and the results were much better than I expected ! I was very happy with everything before, during, and after the auction.
